Lash infills are essential to keep your set looking full, fresh, and flawless between appointments. Whether you wear Classic, Hybrid, Angel, or Volume lashes, infills replace any grown-out or lost lashes, restore balance, and maintain your desired style.
Recommended every 2–3 weeks, infills help extend the life of your set and keep your lash line looking neat and uniform. You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining for an infill to be booked — otherwise, a full set will be required.
Each infill is tailored to your lash style:
  • Classic for a soft, natural finish
  • Hybrid for texture and light fullness
  • Angel for airy, wispy definition
  • Volume for bold, fluffy impact

Appointment Duration

Infills (1–3 Weeks):
Infills typically take between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how many lashes need to be replaced. Please arrive with clean lashes to make the most of your appointment time.

Before Your Appointment – Pre-Care Advice

To ensure the best results and long-lasting lash retention, please follow these important steps before your lash appointment:
  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes – no mascara, eyeliner, or eye creams.
  • Do not wear waterproof mascara for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it leaves a residue that can affect lash bonding.
  • Avoid all eye makeup on the day of your appointment.
  • Do not wear strip lashes, clusters, or flare lashes for at least 48 hours before your appointment. These can leave behind glue residue and damage your natural lashes.
  • Avoid using oil-based products (cleansers, serums, creams) around the eye area for 24 hours before.
  • Don’t curl your natural lashes on the day of your appointment.
  • Avoid caffeine for at least 1–2 hours before your treatment, as it can cause eye fluttering and make the application process more difficult.
  • Remove contact lenses if you wear them — it's best to wear glasses during your appointment.
  • Try to arrive on time and relaxed — lash application requires you to lie still with eyes closed for up to 2 hours.
Following these pre-care instructions helps ensure the best possible lash retention and a flawless application.

Aftercare – Looking After Your Lash Extensions

To keep your lashes looking their best and lasting as long as possible, it’s important to follow these simple aftercare steps:
🚫 First 24–48 Hours:
  • Do not get your lashes wet – avoid steam, sweat, saunas, showers, and swimming.
  • Avoid touching, rubbing, or sleeping on your lashes.
  • No mascara or eye makeup, especially waterproof products.
🧼 Ongoing Care:
  • Clean your lashes daily using a lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush to remove oils, makeup, and debris.
  • Avoid oil-based products around the eye area (cleansers, creams, makeup removers).
  • Brush your lashes gently each morning with a clean lash wand to keep them neat and separated.
  • Avoid heat and steam where possible – this can weaken the bond of the glue.
  • Do not use lash curlers or attempt to remove the lashes yourself.
🔄 Maintenance:
  • Book infills every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes full and maintained.
  • If you want them removed, please book a professional removal — pulling them out yourself can damage your natural lashes.

To make your lash appointment as comfortable and stress-free as possible, please keep the following in mind:

  • Avoid hoods, high collars, hair clips, or buns – these can interfere with your head position on the lash bed

    Lash Styles Explained

    Classic lashes

    Natural & Timeless
    Classic lashes involve applying one extension to one natural lash. This creates a clean, defined, and natural look — perfect for enhancing your eyes without being too bold.
    ✔️ Ideal for:
    • Clients new to lash extensions
    • Those with naturally full lashes
    • A soft, everyday enhancement
    ❌ Not recommended for:
    • Clients with very sparse or weak natural lashes (may appear too light)
    • Those wanting a fuller or fluffier look

    Hybrid lashes

    The Best of Both Worlds
    Hybrid lashes combine classic and volume lashes in one set. This creates a fuller, more textured look with both definition and fluff. Perfect for those who want something in between natural and dramatic.
    ✔️ Ideal for:
    • Clients wanting more fullness than classics but not full-on volume
    • Sparse lash lines that need extra coverage
    • A more glam, but wearable everyday set
    ❌ Not recommended for:
    • Those wanting either an ultra-natural or ultra-dramatic result — it’s a balanced middle ground

    Angel lashes

    Feather-Light & Wispy
    Angel lashes are a light volume set using narrow, fine handmade fans, often styled to give a wispy, soft, airy finish. They sit between classic and hybrid in fullness, but feel ultra-lightweight and natural.
    ✔️ Ideal for:
    • Clients who want a soft, textured look
    • Those who like wispy or fluttery lashes
    • Light glam without being too full
    ❌ Not recommended for:
    • Clients wanting very bold or dense lashes
    • Those with very oily eyelids (light fans may not hold as long without proper care)

    Volume lashes

    Full, Fluffy & Bold
    Volume lashes use handmade fans of 2–6+ fine lashes per natural lash, creating a dense and fluffy finish. They can be customised for light, medium, or mega volume depending on your desired look.
    ✔️ Ideal for:
    • Clients with sparse or fine natural lashes
    • Those who love bold, dramatic, or full looks
    • Special occasions or everyday glam
    ❌ Not recommended for:
    • Clients who want a very natural appearance
    • Those with very weak or damaged lashes (lighter sets like angel or hybrid may be better)

    Client booking Policies

    Deposit & Payment Policy

    You can choose to pay either the £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment or pay the full amount upfront.
    Both the deposit and full payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, lateness, or no-show.
    The remaining balance (if not paid in full upfront) is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash, card, or bank transfer.
    By booking, you agree to these payment terms and understand no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

    Arrival & Check-In

    • Please arrive on time (not early).
    • When you arrive, send me a quick message before knocking.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.

    Booking in Advance

    • I get very busy—especially evenings—so please book as early as possibleto secure your preferred date and time.

    Pre-Appointment Prep

    • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face—no mascara, eyeliner, eye creams, strip lashes, clusters, or waterproof products for at least 48 hours prior.
    • • Do not use oil-based skincare or curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
    • • Remove contact lenses or wear glasses.

    Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • •All deposits are non-refundable, no matter the reason.
    • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full service fee.
    • You may reschedule once(subject to availability) with at least48 hours’ notice. A£10 rescheduling feeapplies.
    • No-showswill be charged the full price and may affect future booking eligibility.

    Infills & Maintenance

    • Infills are booked separately—required every 1.5–3 weeks when you have at least 40–50% of your lashes remaining.
    • If more than 21 days have passed since your last full set, a new full set booking is required.
    • I do not infill another technician’s work for hygiene and legal reasons.
    Aftercare Compliance Policy
    • Clients are responsible for following the advised aftercare routine.
    • I am not liable for poor lash retention if aftercare instructions are not followed.

    Salon Etiquette

    • Bathroom Break:Please use the restroom before your appointment to avoid interruptions.
    • No Plus-Ones:To maintain a calm environment, appointments are for clients only.
    👶 Child & Guest Policy (Expanded)
    • For safety and insurance reasons, no children or additional guests are allowed in the studio.
    • Please attend your appointment alone to maintain a calm and professional space.

    Results & Expectations

    • Your lashes, your results: Final style and retention depend on your natural lash health and aftercare.
    • I will advise on the best style for your eye shape and lifestyle—please trust my recommendations to achieve optimal results.

    Photography & Social Media Policy

    • I may take before and after photos of your lashes for marketing purposes (Instagram, website, etc.).
    • Please let me know in advance if you are not comfortable with your images being shared.

    Health & Hygiene Policy

    • If you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, conjunctivitis, etc.), please reschedule your appointment.
    • For health and hygiene reasons, clients showing visible signs of illness may be refused treatment on the day.

    New Client Policy

    New Client Policy
    • New clients may be required to complete a short consultation form before their first appointment.
    • A patch test is recommended for all new clients requesting lash tint or glue-based services.

    Patch test Policy

    Patch testing is recommended for all new clients before their first lash extension or tint appointment. This helps to check for any sensitivity or allergic reactions to the adhesive or tint products used during the treatment.
    • Patch tests are optional, but by choosing not to have one, you accept full responsibility for any reaction that may occur.
    • If you'd like a patch test, it must be done at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
    • Patch tests are quick, free, and can be booked by messaging us on Instagram @beautybyalp or by email.
    • A disclaimer will be signed on the day of your appointment if you decide to waive the patch test.
    Please note: allergic reactions are rare, but they can happen even if you’ve had lashes before. If you’ve had a reaction in the past, a patch test is strongly advised.

    Paying deposit policy

    Deposit:
    A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This must be paid at the time of booking.
    Remaining Balance:
    The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash or bank transfer.
    Please note: card payments are not accepted.
    By booking, you are agreeing to pay the remaining balance on the day of your appointment and understand that failure to do so may result in loss of your booking and deposit.
