Are the courses accredited?

Yes – all of our training courses are fully accredited and insurable, meaning you can start offering treatments and charging clients as soon as you’ve completed your training.

What will I receive after completing the course?

You’ll receive anaccredited certificatefor each course completed, plus lifetime support, a full training manual, and access to ongoing business and marketing guidance.

Do I need to bring anything on the day?

Everything you need for the course is provided, including a professional lash kit. Just bring yourself, a model (if required), and a phone or camera if you’d like to capture your work for your portfolio or social media.

Do I need a model?

Yes — for most beginner and full training courses, you’ll need to arrange your own live model for hands-on practice. This applies to courses like Classic, Volume, Lash Lift & Tint, 2-Day, and 3-Day training.
For masterclasses, models are optional, but still your responsibility to arrange. If you're unable to find one, please let us know in advance — we may be able to assist, but this is not guaranteed. A model can also be provided for an additional fee, subject to availability.
⏰ Model arrival times and full training day schedules are listed on each course page on the website.

What happens if my model cancels or doesn’t show up?

It is your responsibility to arrange a suitable model for your training day(s). If your model cancels or doesn’t attend, this may limit your ability to complete the full practical training on a live person.
While we can sometimes help source a model, this is a voluntary service and cannot be guaranteed. Choosing to rely on us for a model comes with a higher risk, as we cannot take responsibility if they fail to show up.
If no model is available on the day, you will continue your training using a mannequin head where possible — however, this may reduce the hands-on experience you're able to gain.

Will I be able to get insured after the course?

Yes – once you receive your accredited certificate, you’ll be eligible to get insured and start taking paying clients.

Is there support after the course?

Yes! You’ll receive lifetime support, access to a private student group, and a student-only Instagram page filled with tips, tutorials, and inspiration.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes – flexible payment options, including Clearpay (if applicable), are available. You can also secure your place with a deposit and pay the balance on the day of training.

Where is the training located?

Training takes place in Caversham, Reading – just 10 minutes from Reading Train Station and 9 minutes from the town centre. Full address is provided upon booking.

Will I get my certificate on the day?

Yes — as long as you complete your training and practical work to the required standard, you’ll receive your accredited certificate on the day of your course. This allows you to start working on clients and apply for insurance straight away.
In rare cases where additional practice is needed, we’ll offer guidance and support to help you reach certification level.

I’ve lost my certificate and need a replacement — what do I do?

No problem! We can issue a replacement certificate for a small admin fee of £10. To request one, please email us with your full name, the course you completed, and your training date. We'll send your replacement digitally and arrange a printed copy.

What is the minimum age to attend a training course with you?

The minimum age is 16 years old, we have an Insurance company that we can recommend if you can’t find your own.

My previous course was with another trainer. Can I do my next course with you?

Absolutely! We welcome students who have trained elsewhere. As long as you hold the required qualifications for the course you’re booking (e.g. Classic certification for Volume, or Classic & Volume for Masterclasses), you’re more than welcome to continue your training with us.
Just be sure to bring proof of your previous certification, and we’ll help you build on your existing skills with full support and guidance.
