Korean Lash Lift & Tint Course in Reading (Accredited | Beginner-Friendly | 1-to-1 Training)

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, including bookings made via Clearpay or other finance options.

You may choose to:

1. Pay a deposit and settle the remaining balance on the day of training, or

2. Pay in full upon booking.

Please check your chosen date carefully — dates cannot be changed, transferred, or refunded once payment is made.

• All bookings are final. If you cancel, your deposit or full payment will be lost.

• Rescheduling is allowed once only, subject to availability.

• A £50 rescheduling fee per training day will apply (e.g., £100 to reschedule both days).

• You must give at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule — anything less will be treated as a cancellation.

• No-showsorarrivals more than 15 minutes latewill be treated as a cancellation, andall payments will be lost.

• If we (the trainer) need to reschedule due to illness or emergency, an alternative date will be offered at no extra cost.

• Live models are required for both training days (Classic & Volume).

• You are responsible for arranging your own models. If you're unable to bring a model, please let us know in advance — we may be able to assist (subject to availability).

• Models must arrive on time and be suitable (no lash extensions, eye conditions, etc.).

• If your model does not attend, you will continue the training using a mannequin head. No refunds or reschedules will be offered due to model no-shows.

• A premium training kit is provided on the day of training.

• Kits cannot be collected early or posted.

• If you fail to attend your training, your kit will be forfeited.

• Professional behaviour is expected at all times.

• Mobile phones should only be used during breaks (unless content creation is approved).

• Inappropriate conduct may lead to removal from the course without refund.

• During training, we may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before your training day.

If you have any learning difficulties, language needs, or physical accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance so we can support you properly.

Health & Safety Policy

• If you are feeling unwell (e.g. flu, COVID symptoms), please notify us as soon as possible.

• We reserve the right to turn away students or models who show signs of illness to protect others — this would be considered a cancellation if not rescheduled in line with the policy.

• All tools and equipment used during training are sanitised to professional hygiene standards.

Insurance & Accreditation Policy

• This course is fully accredited and insurable.

• It is your responsibility to obtain insurance after receiving your certificate.

• Minimum student age is 16+ to ensure eligibility for insurance in the UK.

Certification Policy

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of training and practical assessment.

• Failure to meet basic standards (e.g., no-shows, inappropriate behaviour, incomplete models) may delay certification until a reassessment is completed.
