​Course outline: This advanced one-day course is for certified Classic beginner lash artists who want to offer Russian and Hybrid lashes. The course covers practical and theoretical training, including multi-lash pick-up, creating volume fans, and layering lashes. It also covers the anatomy of the eye, assessing natural lashes, types of adhesives, and business topics such as pricing and marketing. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and be qualified and insurable in Russian/Hybrid lashes.Here are some additional details about what you can expect from the training:

 

​Theoretical training: You'll learn the theory behind eyelash extensions. This includes the different types of lashes, the tools and products you'll need, and the safety and hygiene practices you should follow.

 

​Practical training: You'll get hands-on experience applying eyelash extensions to a live model. You'll learn how to prepare the lashes, apply the extensions, and remove them safely.​

 

Business advice: In addition to the practical and theoretical training, you'll also receive valuable tips and advice on how to run a successful eyelash business. This includes advice on marketing, pricing, and building a loyal client base.

 

Certification: Upon completion of the training, you'll receive a certificate that qualifies you for insurance as a certified eyelash technician. This will enable you to start working on clients and building your business.

Here's what you can expect on the day of your training:

    •    Any questions you have about the course will be addressed at the beginning of the day.

    •    You will receive comprehensive training on all aspects related to eyelashes before moving on to practical work.

    •    In the latter half of the morning, you'll practice on mannequins.

    •    After a lunch break, you will work on a full set of lashes on your actual model with my guidance. You will take pictures of your work, and then we will discuss the business side of things and offer guidance on content and marketing.

Important Information Regarding Model Requirements for Training Day:

Please remember that it is your responsibility to arrange for your own model to attend the training day. Your model must be present between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

To ensure the best possible results, please select a suitable candidate who meets the following criteria:

    •    No lash extensions

    •    No eye makeup

    •    Good eye shape with healthy, natural lashes

If you are unable to find a suitable model, we are happy to assist you in finding one. Please email us at least one week before the training day.
